Dear KOMANA Community,
The days between the years carry a special kind of quiet – a space where we pause and reflect.
2025 has been an eventful year for us at KOMANA.
There were hurdles to overcome: production delays, logistical challenges, and long-standing partner businesses that could no longer withstand financial pressures and global circumstances.
And yet, there was so much beauty:
A vibrant summer at the KOMANA POP-UP, inspiring encounters at Blickfang, Salon Züri, and other fairs. New connections, deep conversations, and prints that came to life with you. So many moments of closeness – full of meaning, touch, and laughter.
What stands out to me most after all of this is a strong feeling: Gratitude.
For you – who believe in a different kind of fashion.
Because what we do together here is not “just” making clothes.
It is resistance against throwaway culture. Against indifference. Against systems built on exploitation.
Fair fashion is feminist.
Fair fashion is political.
And it is poetic, playful, and sensual.
We believe in beauty with purpose. In clothing that tells stories.
In prints that don’t aim to be “trendy” – but to speak.
About connection. Freedom. Magic.
2026, we are ready for you. We will remain small, independent, and approachable.
Not perfect – but wholeheartedly present.

die Tage zwischen den Jahren tragen eine besondere Stille in sich – einen Zwischenraum, in dem wir innehalten und reflektieren.
2025 war für uns bei KOMANA ein bewegtes Jahr.
Es gab einige Hürden zu überwinden: Produktionsverzögerungen, logistische Stolpersteine, langjährige Partnerbetriebe, die dem finanziellen Druck und den globalen Umständen nicht mehr standhalten konnten.
Und doch war da auch so viel Schönes:
Ein lebendiger Sommer im KOMANA POP-UP, inspirierende Begegnungen an der Blickfang, dem Salon Züri und anderen Messen. Neue Bekanntschaften, tiefe Gespräche und Prints, die mit euch zum Leben erwacht sind. So viele Momente der Nähe – voller Sinn, Berührung und Lachen.
Was für mich nach all dem besonders bleibt, ist ein starkes Gefühl:
Dankbarkeit.
Für euch – die an eine andere Art von Mode glauben.
Denn was wir hier gemeinsam tun, ist nicht “nur” Kleidung machen.
Es ist Widerstand gegen Wegwerfmentalität. Gegen Gleichgültigkeit. Gegen Systeme, die auf Ausbeutung beruhen.
Faire Mode ist feministisch.
Faire Mode ist politisch.
Und sie ist poetisch, verspielt, sinnlich.
Wir glauben an Schönheit mit Haltung. An Kleidung, die Geschichten erzählt.
An Prints, die nicht “trendy” sein wollen – sondern sprechen.
Über Verbundenheit. Freiheit. Magie.
2026 darf kommen. Wir bleiben klein, unabhängig und nahbar.
Nicht perfekt – aber mit ganzem Herzen.
